Corn cream soup is extremely satiny and does not require too much time in the kitchen.
2 canned corn (2x400 g)
2 large potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon curry
1.5 l vegetable soup
400 ml sweet cream
Method of preparation
Clean the onion and chop it into cubes. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan, then put the onion in the pan.
In the meantime, clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Pour vegetable soup into a large pot, place the potatoes, corn and onion and leave the soup to a boil over medium heat.
When the potatoes are sprinkled, pass the composition with a blender.
Add the sweet cream and match everything with salt, pepper and curry powder.
Serve corn cream with nachos or bread croutons.
